Why are Korean kids obsessed with drawing pictures of poop? - drawing for kids

This is no joke. I worked with 3 different elementary schools in Korea. A trend that I noticed that the Korean children, the majority of children that cartoons take stern. These pictures are always drawing shit in the form of a coil. Now I understand that the kids do shit like stupid things, but why take pictures?
