Illegal immigration, employment contracts, and non compete clause? - at will employment clause

last year as a business owner, I found them in violation of labor laws of the state and federal laws concerning the employment, hiring illegal immigrants and to offer undocumented workers with fake documents with different names to avoid work (at the time). I moved close to the practice and was told that was done as "only" company business at the time. I stepped out of my position not to compromise to me. My question is, because she, in violation of laws, not my employment outside of the jurisdiction shall remain in force?
