Why are my muffins sticking to the cupcake liners? - whole wheat cupcakes

The first time was, I was experimenting with the flour and written using honey instead of sugar and thought that perhaps the substitutions were the cause. This time I made blueberry muffins and bread it happens again. Ughh ... Who knows why this happens and how to solve this problem? It is not worth the trouble (and the cost of ingredients) to cook "healthy" if half of it to the T-shirt sticks!
